Built In Shower Bench

A Built In shower Bench. This type of bench is something that you can consider if you are building a new house, or are remodeling your bathroom in any way. As this bench is more expensive than the regular Metal and Plastic benches, it will also require a lot more out of you.. Including some crafting skills. If you, however do not have the right touch, hiring a paid worker is one of your options, but only do so if you are certain that you will not be successful in building your own built in shower bench.

As you might know, the best material, is to use tiles that will match your current tiles in your bathroom, as that creates a feeling that it really is in place as a bench.

So, if the decision is made, and you want to build it on your own, here is a summary on how to do it:

- First gather all the materials(Brick mortar, Concrete Blocks, Pointer and of course some basic equipment for crafting like a hammer and so on)

- The best way to do this is if you are building your bath from scratch as you have more room for error that is possible.

- Next you have to decide how big it will be and measure everything, to make sure it will fit.

- Now, it is all pretty much to your crafting skills, shape the bricks the way you want your bench to look, and use brick mortar to stick them all together. Fill it around the block, between the block and in the block if you are using concrete bricks. Be sure that everything is as perfect as it can be, because you wont be getting another chance when that mortar dries. Not a cheap one I mean.

- Leave it to dry, then it is time to put down some tiles. If you have someone hired for that job, let him also do your bench as well, it should save you some time. Or else, it is up to you, to put tiles around the built in shower bench and make it look wonderful.

Now, as told, this is a built in shower bench, meaning it is there to stay. You cannot move it, fold it, or in any way make it go away if it is in your way. So if you really want a permanent shower bench, this is your choice, but be also ready to accept that the lost space cannot be taken back like with the Teak Shower Benches and Metal and Plastic Benches.
