Shower Bench

A Folding Shower Bench. Well, this type of shower bench is very much like the Metal and Plastic bench, but it has one difference. It is mounted on the wall of your bath. Like the metal bench, this one is also normally made out of plastic and metal. It is mounted on the wall, and has a folding possibility so you can just fold it against the wall if it is in your way or would you prefer to shower without sitting.

These type of shower benches, tend to get, rather used up faster, meaning that after a few years, the chance that the screws or holding snaps is certainly higher than in any other shower bench.  Also, there is no height setting like in Teak Shower Benches, making it similar to a Built in shower bench just that it can be folded away.

It is a good investment, as it will increase your security when you are showering, because you cant really slip if you are sitting can you? If your budget is lower, this will be a good choice for your shower bench. And even, if you, at some time decide that you want any other type of shower bench, removing this one is not as hard as removing a Built in bench, just unscrewing the screws or removing the holder and your done.

Prices are variable, some being as expensive as Teak Shower Benches, while others are cheap. It really depends on the size of the chair, its strength,durability and materials used.
